Musa Juwara – it’s always a pleasure to represent the Gambia
Tom Saintfiet held two training sessions on Tuesday ahead of the international friendly game with Niger, Togo and Kosovo.
Bologna teenager Musa Juwara was one of the players who participated in the session and he has expressed his readiness for the impending games.
“Good atmosphere, good to be back in the mix. Meeting new players. It’s always nice representing your country, on national team duties. It’s always a pleasure.”Juwara stressed.
“We are aiming to win all our scheduled friendly matches. It will be a good motivation for our preparation towards the African Cup of nations. I am very ready for it.”
“We are rallying support from all Gambians as we intend to win games and have a good campaign. We want to raise the Gambian flag higher”. He added.
The 19-year-old attacker made his debut against Congo Brazzaville last year and he is gradually warming himself into the team.
