Darboe’s Agent: It’s a fairy tale story
Miriam Peruzzi, who is the representative of Gambian international Ebrima Darboe says his client’s debut is emotional.
Peruzzi stressed that Darboe has waited for this opportunity for long and he was glad it finally happened.
“It was very emotional at the beginning. It was logical that he was waiting for this moment for long and me too. But we know he deserves it, he has fanatic technique, he is confident, and he knows his qualities. Now he is hungry, he wants to arrive at the top.” Peruzi emphasized.

Gambian Journalist Momodou Bah who saw Gambian trio (Musa Barrow, Musa Juwara and Ebrima Colley) made their debuts also pointed out that he is elated they are all making it.
“I am impressed that finally Darboe got his debut. Despite that they were losing, he came on and he was good. I was impressed with his ability to play with the ball and his first touch was brilliant. He has a great future ahead and I just hope that this will be the first of many appearances before the season finishes.”
Darboe came on in the 82nd minute replacing Gonzalo Villar in Roma 2-0 defeat against Sampdoria.
