Colley, Barrow named in European team of the Week
Gambian deputy skipper Omar Colley has made it into the European team of the weekend.
The Sampdoria central defender was instrumental in the heart of defence as his side recorded wins over Lecce and Spal.
Colley made the cut for the official whoscored.com European team of the week after making thirty recoveries in the two encounters.
The team also features Juan Cuadrado, as well as Cristiano Ronaldo from Serie A while Messi, Greenwood and Bruno Fernandes all earned a place from their respective leagues.
Colley has been arguably one of the best defenders in the Italian topflight this season.

Djurgarden Sports director Bosse Andersson who previously had Colley in his team revealed that he is pleased with his rise.
“I am really impressed by Omar Colley’s success.” Andersson emphasized.
Musa Barrow on the other hand missed out on his third consecutive MVP despite scoring the winner for Bologna against Inter Milan.

Barrow will be looking to make it four goals in a row as his side face Sassuolo in an intriguing game in the Emilia-Romagna derby.
The Gambian forward had 7.90 in rating in Bologna’s previous game and made the U21 team of the week in Europe’s top 5 leagues.
